Confidential Defect Reporting

Having a confidential defect reporting system is fundamental to improving safety outcomes. AEANZ is committed to improving the reporting of defects and understands the concerns of industry as to the confidentiality of the existing CAA system.

AEANZ has set up a defect reporting system to run in parallel to the existing 005D requirements of the regulator which it is hoped will over time provide a resource for the engineering sector in NZ and overseas.
